Purchase Administration Manager

The Purchase Administration Manager role at LG Engineering Solutions Ltd offers an exciting opportunity to lead the procurement team's administrative efforts. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement inbox, expediting orders, and running daily stock reports. Your exceptional leadership skills and strong communication abilities will enable you to motivate the team and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the procurement team's administrative efforts, ensuring efficient order management and stock control
- Manage the procurement inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Expedite orders and confirmations, maintaining effective relationships with suppliers
- Run daily stock reports to identify trends and optimize inventory levels
- Raise stock transfers between depots and manage logistics efficiently
- Raise purchase orders and send them to suppliers, ensuring timely delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a procurement or supply chain environment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and drive results in a fast-paced environment
