Look no further Our client is seeking a Temporary Administrator to join their team and assist with purchase ledger responsibilities. If you are organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service to clients and suppliers.
Manage emails efficiently, ensuring prompt responses and timely follow-ups.
Accurately enter and maintain data in various systems, ensuring data integrity and precise record-keeping.
Log, organise, and file invoices, maintaining a systematic approach to document management.
Authorise payments and process them in a timely manner, following all necessary protocols.
Monitor and post petty cash transactions, maintaining accurate records.
Investigate and resolve any queries or discrepancies related to the purchase ledger, ensuring prompt resolution.
Generate company reports, providing valuable insights and analysis.
Collaborate and maintain open communication with suppliers, fostering strong professional relationships.
Ensure vendor details are up to date and accurate, maintaining a high level of data accuracy.Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, with a specific focus on purchase ledger.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
