This is an exciting temporary opportunity for a Purchase Ledger in the Accounting & Finance department of a Not-for-Profit organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger and ensuring timely payment of invoices.

Description

  • Maintain the purchase ledger
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Work closely with the finance team and suppliers
  • Handle supplier queries
  • Adhere to all financial procedures and policies

Profile

A successful Purchase Ledger should have:

  • Experience in a finance role, ideally in a Not For Profit organisation
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills

Job Offer

  • An estimated salary range of £22,000 to £23,500
  • A temporary role for 2 months with potential for extension
