Local Service Manager Position
Salary: £40,102.32 to £42,213.00 per annum + benefits
Location: Lowestoft, Suffolk
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Time Recruitment is proud to collaborate with a respected care provider offering supported living services across the UK. We are currently seeking a Local Service Manager to oversee one of the providers supported living services in Suffolk.

Based at the Lowestoft facility, the Local Service Manager will be responsible for supporting up to 20 clients with physical disabilities who require additional assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead service delivery and manage the team in collaboration with the Area Service Manager
Develop and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and external agencies
Oversee service quality, financial performance, and manage budgets
Recruit, train, and support staff, ensuring flexibility in working hours
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a management role within a similar setting, with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and a compassionate, hands-on approach
Experience in providing personalized support to promote client development
Ability to work collaboratively with statutory and voluntary partners
A full, valid driving license is required for travel
