About the Role

We are seeking a Care and Support Services Lead to join our team at Gordon Yates. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our domiciliary care services in Suffolk, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery: Develop and implement effective care plans, tailoring them to individual needs and preferences, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage care staff, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, promoting high morale and motivation.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Maintain CQC registration and ensure a rating of 'Good' or above in all inspections, conducting regular audits and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Qualifications and Experience: Registered Manager with CQC, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to achieve), proven experience in managing a domiciliary care service, with knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, ability to assess care needs and develop individualised care plans, financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and targets.
