We are seeking an experienced, empathetic Practice Development Lead to drive high standards, mentor, and foster a culture of learning and reflection.

The Role
As part of a team, you will:

* Lead quality assurance and in-house training.

* Mentor students, practice educators, and NQSWs.

* Elevate the voices of children and families.

* Support recruitment, retention, and staff well-being.

Our Offer:

* £3,000 retention payment annually.

* Generous annual leave, pension, and car user allowance.

* Hybrid working and relocation package up to £8,000.

About You:

* Social Work degree and registration with Social Work England.

* Experience in strengths-based practice and Signs of Safety.

* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
