Main ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to the Supervisor, the Skilled Operative will be working on different infrastructure projects across the North Wales region and general civils works. The role will involve using machinery and we are looking for someone who is skilled to do jobs on the tools alongside the operating plant.  

On a day to day basis, the responsibilities of the Skilled Operative will include the following (not exhaustive):

Providing support to the team with the safe operational delivery of projects
Undertaking tasks assigned to the agreed standard
Ensuring that you have been trained and assessed as competent to undertake that tasks you are assigned
Understand the controls identified to safely manage the risks associated with construction activities
Complying with all project documentation, applicable legislation and standards
Maintaining effective client & stakeholder relationships
Providing support to ensure that project environmental risks, objectives and targets are met
Completing and maintain daily records and pre-use checks of plant and equipment as per business and project specific requirements
Ensuring timesheets are populated with accurate information and are acknowledged and authorised by the management teamThe Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will be a Skilled Operative who is in receipt of the following:

Having a trade specific qualification or previous experience 
Relevant CSCS card
IT literate
Possess full UK driving licence (ideally cat C1E)
CAT 4+ trained
Asbestos Awareness
360 Excavator
