Location: Municipal Offices, Grimsby, DN31
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: £13.04 per hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at the Municipal Offices in Grimsby. This role requires a versatile and organised individual to manage a range of administrative tasks in support of local government services.
Key Responsibilities:
Support finance and accounting processes, including handling payments and managing basic financial tasks.
Assist with building maintenance processes and maintain accurate records.
Utilize office IT systems, including databases, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Provide excellent customer service, following Service Level Agreements and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Track calls using relevant applications and contribute to performance management processes.
Plan, prioritise, and organise work to meet deadlines efficiently.
Adapt to new ways of working and be flexible to meet the needs of the service.Requirements
Knowledge of basic finance and accounting processes.
Proficiency in office IT systems, especially Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Familiarity with Local Government Services.
Experience in dealing with the public and building strong customer relationships.
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
