Document Controller

Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to be engaged on a permanent contract basis within the Nuclear sector to be located in Cumbria with flexible hybrid working.
Responsibilities:
To work in conjunction with all Teams to ensure that all Deliverables and Non-Deliverables are uploaded to the correct Systems in accordance with Project requirements and timescales.
File, distribute, store and destroy highly sensitive information.
Ensure that the Projects are all fully compliant with the Document Control requirements of the client by locating and retrieving files and delivering the documented transaction
Maintain confidentiality and security of information.
Develop, evaluate and implement document procedures that ensure smooth workflow within/between these areas.
Expediting and coordinating information in line with demanding programme.
Receive, issue and control project documentation.
Update project documentation trackers.
Ability to produce reports about various document control inboxes.
