**We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Document Controller to join our dynamic team at Delkia.**

**Overview of the role**

As Document Controller you will support Delkia’s quality and project delivery teams by ensuring that documentation is accurately organised, maintained, stored and distributed in like with organisational and client standards.

**Key responsibilities**
- Supporting with the creation, review and monitoring of and tracking of project documentation
- Leading on the completion of and upkeep of project related LTRs (lifetime records)
- Implementing internal and client document control system procedures and processes
- Performing quality checks on documentation to ensure internal and client standards and specifications are met
- Saving, retrieving, filing and archiving documentation and records
- Flowing out project documentation to stakeholders including the transmittals

**Desired Qualifications / Prerequisites**:

- Strong attention to detail and eye for detail
- Experience in administration
- Knowledge of, or experience in document control principles and practices would be beneficial
- A good understanding of and experience of working with Microsoft Office 365 (especially Word and Excel)
- Experience of working with SharePoint would be beneficial
- Strong organisational skills
- GCSE in English at C/4 or above
