Customer Care Coordinator

Our client, a reputable residential developer and house builder based in West Midlands, is seeking a confident and motivated Customer Care/Service Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to manage customer care operations and ensure high satisfaction among new homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor Customer Services Inbox: Efficiently manage and respond to customer inquiries.
* Log Communications: Accurately log all customer telephone calls and emails.
* Weekly Defects Reporting: Prepare and issue weekly defects reports for each site as directed by the Customer Service Manager.
* Feedback Provision: Provide valuable feedback to the technical department regarding defective materials.
* Work Allocation: Correctly allocate work to the Customer Support operative team, site teams, and contractors to address issues in new customer homes.
* Contractor Oversight: Oversee contractor work and report any poor outcomes to the Head of Customer Service.
* Schedule Coordination: Balance and coordinate the scheduling of trades and CRM diaries.
* Customer Communication: Maintain reasonable timescales for remediation works and ensure continuous communication with customers throughout the process.

* Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Must demonstrate outstanding customer service capabilities.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate schedules effectively.
* Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in data logging and reporting.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer issues efficiently and provide effective solutions.
* Team Player: Work collaboratively with various teams and contractors to achieve common goals.
