As CEO you will deliver BCHG’s strategic vision with passion, energy and authenticity, building on the excellent foundations already in place.  As a well-run, financially sound G1/V1 organisation you will ensure we maintain our reputation as a trusted landlord and care provider, representing BCHG and showcasing the work we do at the highest levels.

Our property portfolio and tenures are diverse consisting of general needs, retirement living, supported living and residential care. We are a forward-thinking organisation with a healthy development pipeline, ambitious investment plans for our existing stock and we are exploring opportunities to further decarbonise our properties.

About You

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for a leader who mirrors our aspiration to provide them with the best quality homes and the best possible service.

We are looking for a proven leader with a background in the social housing sector.

You will provide strategic leadership and will have successfully navigated growth, change and complex issues demonstrating insight, influence and resilience. You will be an inspiring communicator with an ability to engage with diverse audiences, driving progress in a challenging, ever-changing environment. Working closely with the Board and Executive Team, you will have experience of balancing immediate priorities with long-term ambitions and will have the ability to motivate others and foster collaboration.
