An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Support Manager to oversee the daily operations and be a link between support services and the head office, driving all office wide initiatives and supporting with office wide communications, training and all other office management activities.

Description

Duties of the Senior Business Support Manager

Overseeing the daily operations of the office
Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
Assisting with site wide communications, creating content
Supporting with policy and documentation updates
Lead of the training matrix and booking training to ensure compliance
Managing HR Administration, onboarding new staff and absence management
Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained
Organising company events or conferences
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Providing general support to visitors, including PPE, refreshments and meeting room
Lead on mental health and wellbeing initiativesProfile

A successful Senior Business Support Manager should have:

Experience in an Office Manager role with HR understanding
Comfort with the ambiguous, and adaptable to change
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong organisational and planning skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Can do attitude
Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate othersJob Offer
