Inclusion Support Assistant

The perfect hard-working, resilient graduate to join their exceptional team As a Inclusion Support Assistant, you will be working alongside pupils with complex behavioural needs who require some additional guidance from a positive and assertive role model You will support with their everyday routine and keep them engaged and motivated to learn in the classroom. This is a full time, long-term post, starting ASAP.

** This is an ideal position for a Psychology/Criminology graduate who is seeking first-hand experience before pursuing a career as a Prison Liaison Officer, Therapist, Counsellor, Youth Mentor amongst others. **

Encourage the development of the students' social skills
Work within the classroom and in smaller groups to accommodate needs
Support and comply with the school's safeguarding procedures

Located in the Borough of CamdenInclusion Support Assistant - Candidate Specification:

A 2:1 or a First-class degree from a reputable University
Genuine interest working with SEN
Excellent communication skills and willingness to adapt
Experience in a previous role, or personal experience in SEN is desirable
