About the Role

We are looking for an Inclusive Education Assistant to work in a dynamic school environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with special educational needs to access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children with SEN and possess relevant qualifications in education, child development, or SEN. They will also be able to work effectively as part of a team and provide high-quality support to students.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with students who require additional support to engage with the curriculum.
  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN to help them access the curriculum.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement inclusive education practices.

Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on experience.
