Role – Quality Manager position
Location – Based close to Norwich, Norfolk
Working hours – Monday to Thursday – 6am – 3.30pm and Friday 6am – 10am.
Salary – Starting at £40,000 per annum
Capacity of role – Permanent position

We are currently recruiting for a Quality Manager to join our client based close to Norwich. This role is a pivotal position in the company and you will be a liaison between the smooth running of departments in relation to quality based practises.

Main duties will include –

• Develop, monitor and improve quality control procedures
• Train, lead and manage staff to ensure they comply with our quality processes
• Test new products to the relevant quality standards
• Ensuring all processes meet safety and legal standards
• Perform internal audits and approval audits (ISO, BSI, Apragaz etc)
• Stay up to date with industry trends and adapt to any changes

Candidate Attributes –
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong research, development and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop and implement innovative solutions to our production line
 Good knowledge and understanding of quality control processes, procedures, industry standards and regulations
 Excellent leadership and management skills
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office
 5+ years of experience in quality control
