Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will:

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people, using your life skills and experience to help them thrive.
Provide guidance and support to residential workers, leading shifts and ensuring the highest standards of care and supervision.
Oversee placement plans, ensure policies and procedures are followed, manage rotas, and support children's education.
Build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people while ensuring their safety and welfare at all times.

What You Need:

NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (mandatory).
At least 2 years of experience in residential childcare, working alongside young people.
Leadership skills and a passion for supporting both staff and children.
A valid driving licence and age 22 or older (as required by children's home regulations).
Commitment to undergo a robust recruitment process, including enhanced DBS checks and adherence to a strict code of conduct.
