We are now looking for an Administrative Assistant to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide admin support to facilitate the smooth and effective running of a project in Ascot.
Supporting staff and liaising with external contractors, you will contribute to internal communication and office maintenance.
Additionally, you will:
- Assist with maintaining the office management filing systems, ensuring all data and information is kept up-to-date and accurate
- Ensure the staff noticeboard remains up-to-date with the latest charity updates, policy statements, fire marshals and first aiders.
- Assist with any staff-related administration and coordination of contractor visits
- Attend and minute meetings and distribute minutes and agendas
- Support internal communications
- Maintain records and office documentation
About You
To be considered as an Administrative Assistant, you will need to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a similar role (it would be advantageous to have construction experience)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational qualities and attention to detail
- Good IT competency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software
- An understanding of document management and record-keeping
- The ability to manage time and workload effectively
- Confidence in dealing with all levels of staff
