Quality Manager

As they continue their impressive growth, they are now seeking an experienced QA/QC/HSE Manager to lead and drive quality initiatives across their organization. Core Responsibilities:

* Quality Assurance Program Management: Lead and coordinate quality assurance programs, ensuring robust processes and standards are consistently maintained.

* Audit Leadership: Conduct scheduled internal audits and communicate insights to senior management, advising on necessary improvements.

* Customer Complaint Resolution: Track and analyze customer complaints, reporting issues to management, and implementing preventive measures.

* Non-Conformance Resolution: Address and resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring timely closeout and corrective actions.

* Business Improvement Initiatives: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing both efficiency and productivity.

* Compliance with Standards: Stay informed on evolving standards (such as ISO 9001 and ATEX) and ensure the company’s processes align with industry requirements.

* QMS and Health & Safety Oversight: Oversee the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and Health & Safety protocols, particularly for ATEX certification requirements.

* External Audit Management: Manage external audit processes, including ISO 9001 and ATEX Quality Assurance Notification, ensuring the company meets or exceeds quality standards.

* Training and Induction: Conduct quality and safety inductions for new employees, fostering a culture of compliance and excellence from day one.
