KRG are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Director to join our client's team who specialise in Tech PR. The successful candidate will manage key accounts in the tech sector and consumer sector. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on PR expertise, and strong leadership skills.

Our client is a leading PR agency renowned for its tailored approach to communications and public relations. With a strong emphasis on innovation and strategic insight, the agency serves a wide range of industries, including technology, clean energy, and consumer sectors.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the strategic direction and execution of PR campaigns for tech, clean energy and consumer clients.
Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to achieve client objectives.
Maintain and build strong relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact.
Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Manage, mentor, and develop a small team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Delegate tasks effectively and support the professional growth of team members.
Develop and present strategic PR proposals and plans to clients.
Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Monitor and report on client satisfaction and campaign performance.
Collaborate with clients to set PR goals and develop strategies that align with their business objectives
Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on industry developments and client needs.
Oversee the execution of PR campaigns, including media relations, content creation, and event management.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Track and measure campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations for optimisation.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential clients.
Contribute to new business pitches and proposals.
Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.
Manage budgets and resources for client accounts.
Ensure all account activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Director in a PR agency with previous experience working with clients in the tech sector.
Previous line management experience and ability to lead and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic PR plans.
Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish, German) are desirable but not essential.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client accounts.
