Hybrid Working: 2 days per week in office (initial 2-3 month training period is 100% office based)

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join the Private Banking Team, where you'll play an integral role in successfully enabling the operation to be a high performing team.

The nature of this role to provide an enhanced service to our Private Banking clients, ensuring that complex and high-value transactions are carried out quickly and smoothly on behalf of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a range of financial transactions and inquiries professionally and efficiently, primarily through email communication.
Effectively manage caseloads, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Prioritise workload effectively, ensuring that customer queries and concerns are addressed promptly.
Deliver an elevated level of service to clients, exceeding their expectations and building long-term professional relationships.

Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to work with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks performed.
Experience in an Administrative role
Proficient IT skills
Capable of handling complex queries effectively, providing comprehensive solutions to meet client needs.
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to maintain a professional and helpful demeanour at all times.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
