The Clinical Deputy Manager will ensure high standards of person-centered care, assess care needs, and develop individualized care plans. As a solution-oriented role model, the Clinical Deputy Manager will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance resident experiences.
This role requires strong organizational skills and an understanding of change management. The ideal Clinical Deputy Manager will be forward-thinking and committed to driving innovation. Our client operates 10 specialist care homes and strives to create vibrant and fulfilling communities for all residents.
Do you have?
* Possesses a valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Experienced in working within a nursing home environment.
* Proficient in care planning and documentation.
* Shows evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
