Description

As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be forefront of the business handling a range of enquiries mainly over the telephone from clients and lenders alongside other third parties.

You will be supporting the case workers chasing up documentation and details required for the clients file ensuring this progresses efficiently and the best level of service is provided.

If you love to work in a busy environment and are passionate about the customer experience and journey then this could be the role for you

Profile

Previous telephone based customer service experience

The ability to work in a fast paced environment

Passionate about customer services and delivering the best experience

A confident and excellent telephone etiquette

A good team player and able to work independently
