A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Technical Manager (Mechanical) to join their growing team in Portsmouth, where you will ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of critical healthcare engineering systems.
As the Technical Manager (Mechanical), you’ll play a crucial role in the following:
Oversee day-to-day management of healthcare engineering systems, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed on time and to high standards.
Ensure compliance with statutory and healthcare engineering regulations, serving as an Authorised Person for multiple systems.
Provide technical support to resolve complex issues and manage external contractors working on healthcare systems. To be successful in the role of Technical Manager (Mechanical), you’ll bring the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in managing Mechanical Services, ideally in a healthcare environment.
A background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
Knowledge of HTMS is essential
PFI experience is beneficial
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to teamwork and customer service. What’s in it for you?
