the job done ● Be focused, hard working and swift when on the job ● Have excellent time management and organisational skills - as a guide we can maintain

up-to 5 gardens per day ● Tidy and considerate (side access is not always available so we often go through people’s

homes) ● Confident with plant health and cross contamination measures

● Confident with all areas of shaping and pruning (with plant health as the main priority) ● Understanding of pests and diseases with preventative and treatment methods being

eco friendly (we are environmentally conscious in everything we do, this is at the core of our ethos)

● A strong knowledge of tools - we use a wide range of electric power tools everyday (mowers, blowers, strimmers, hedge cutters) - as well as hand tools and other equipment - and how to use them effectively

● Strong delegation skills and the ability to follow-up with the horticulturalist you are working with.

● Excellent communication skills - client management and constant communication with the management team is key to the success of the role.

● We expect all staff to join in with company events and socials where possible to help build relationships with fellow team members and to build team morale.

● A professional and can do attitude. ● All staff are expected to uphold the company values
