IT Support Engineer -

We are on the lookout for an IT Support Engineer to join the team of a globally recognized Fintech business that is at the forefront of Technology innovation. If you’re looking to make a real impact while advancing your career in IT, this is the role for you.

The Role:

As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

You’ll manage ticket workflows, assist in configuring systems, and help maintain a high standard of service delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to both software development and cloud engineering, setting the stage for your next career move.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve IT tickets efficiently while providing exceptional support.
Manage first and second line issues.
Review and approve system configurations.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience in IT support with a focus on ticket management.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.
Can read and write a basic level of SQL.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and develop new technical skills.
Team player with a proactive approach to challenges.
