Lead IT Support Engineer -


We are on the lookout for a Lead IT Support Engineer to join the team of a globally recognized Fintech business that is at the forefront of Technology innovation. If you’re looking to make a real impact while advancing your career in IT, this is the role for you.



The Role:


As a Lead IT Support Engineer , you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.


You’ll manage ticket workflows, assist in configuring systems, and help maintain a high standard of service delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to both software development and cloud engineering, setting the stage for your next career move.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of escalation for the Service Desk team.
  • Manage and resolve IT tickets efficiently while providing exceptional support.
  • Review and approve system configurations.
  • Upskill junior team members and share best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with the Problem Manager to proactively prevent issues.



What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience in IT support with a focus on ticket management.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Can read and write a basic level SQL and Java Code.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new technical skills.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to challenges.
