As Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will oversee the coordination of complex, multi-site manufacturing processes and assembly operations, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of product quality. Your role will be central to ensuring that internal and external manufacturing partners are aligned and optimised for peak performance.

Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Operations Manager:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness across all manufacturing operations.
Performance Management:
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track operational performance across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Use data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Production Planning:
• Co-ordination of production schedules across multiple sites, aligning them with demand forecasts and delivery deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with procurement teams and suppliers to ensure the timely availability of materials and components necessary for production.
Quality Assurance:
• Maintain quality standards across all manufacturing operations.
• Work with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with industry standards, implementing improvement initiatives as needed. The Ideal Candidate:

Extensive experience in managing manufacturing operations across multiple sites, with a strong focus on performance management and optimisation.
Sound appreciation of complex supply chains and sourcing strategies would be advantageous
Proven ability to work with and manage expectations and relationships both directly and indirectly
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving operational improvements.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of guiding teams and influencing both internal and external stakeholders. If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for operational excellence and a proven ability to manage and optimise manufacturing processes across multiple sites, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of this wonderful operation.
