About the HSE Advisor role:

- Review existing and develop new systems for working within H&S
- Implement new processes in accordance with ISO 45001
- Create and prepare documents and reports for the senior management team and make recommendations to department heads
- Carry out inspections and investigate incidents or near misses, identifying root causes and recommend improvements
- Seek to improve the amount of near misses or incidents recorded
- Ensure compliance standards are being met throughout the business
- Previous experience of leading H&S within a busy manufacturing/engineering setting
- Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to implement processes and policies
