Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Bexley, Kent

Salary: £70,000 / £80,000 plus car allowance/company car, private healthcare, 25 days holiday

THE COMPANY

​A Top 5 UK Main Contractor who are experiencing an exciting growth period in Surrey and London. Typical projects include Commercial, Healthcare and Education ranging from £15m to £50m.

THE JOB

This exciting role will see you as the commercial lead. You will report to a visiting Commercial Manager whilst ensuring cash flow is maximised, providing commercial input, preparing monthly cost reports and managing sub contractors.

​WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* The ideal candidate will have managed projects between £15m-£40m

* Experienced in residential or commercial new build projects

* Full knowledge of JCT forms of contract

* Excellent understanding of Excel

* Excellent planning and organisation skills

* Good negotiation and communication skills

* Good time management skills

* Self motivating

* Highly numerate

* Evidence of maintaining a professional, consistent and fair approach

WHAT TO LOOK FORWARD TO

* A basic salary of £75/90k negotiable dependant on experience
