Quantity Surveyor Job Description

beBee Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cost estimation strategies for construction projects.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring costs are accurately tracked and reported.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.
  • Review and update project costs as construction work progresses, identifying areas for cost savings and optimization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of cost estimation software and project management principles.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
