The Practice Based Educator role involves:

Leading and delivering day-to-day training and education at site/cluster level.
Supporting the People Development strategy to enhance staff excellence and care efficiency.
Collaborating with senior management to ensure high-quality, safe patient care through effective training.
Delivering both formal and informal training aligned with clinical education strategies.
Promoting the benefits of education and training to improve staff competence.Package and Benefits:

The Practice Based Educator will benefit from:

Annual salary of up to £50,000.
25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service.

Registration as a General Nurse (Part 1 on NMC register) or as a practitioner on the HCPC.
Qualifications in teaching/education (e.g., Cert Ed, PGCE, or Masters) and mentoring.
Strong theoretical knowledge and evidence of professional development.
Familiarity with NMC and HCPC Codes and guidelines.
