Administrator/Coordinator (Fluent in Mandarin) – Sheffield

Are you a highly organised and methodical individual with fluent Mandarin skills? Join a leading Project Engineering company in Sheffield with strong ties to their head office in China. We're looking for an Administrator/Coordinator who will play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The Role:

Enter project data onto our centralised system to support smooth project coordination. Full training on the system will be provided.

Assist the Office Manager with a variety of tasks including:

Meeting and greeting visitors

Ordering stationery and supplies

Arranging refreshments and meeting rooms

Answering phones and general office administration

Confidently communicate over the phone and face-to-face with internal teams and clients.

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken).

Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.

A team player with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work confidently both independently and in a team.

Benefits:

Salary up to £28k (flexible depending on experience).

Office-based role with standard hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5pm

Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Flexible working available (up to 1.5 hours either side of start and finish times).

Death in service (4x salary)
