P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our client, who is currently seeking a Sales/Business Development Professional to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full-time permanent basis.

Role Summary:

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious candidate that has aspirations of working in a creative sales environment looking to join a dynamic team with an impressive product offering. The company is seeking a self-starter who is looking for a career in sales with a thirst for ongoing learning, training and development.

Main Responsibilities:

* Managing your own portfolio of clients across wide and varied industry sectors.

* Building trust with customers through all communication channels.

* Manage & organise all incoming enquiries as well as self-generating your own sales pipeline.

* Present solutions, book & deliver presentations/meetings with prospective clients.

* Professional brand ambassador for the organisation at all times.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Degree qualified (desired).

* Have excellent communication skills and possess an excellent level of written and spoken English.

* Possess self-drive/motivation, career ambition and professionalism.

* Candidates that are highly driven, have a strong work ethic and high-level career aspirations are urged to apply.

* A desire to work in B2B sales is essential and an interest in interior design would be helpful.

Working Hours and Benefits:

* The opportunity exists for hybrid/remote working with regular office-based days.

* First year with unlimited earning potential.

* Pension, Mobile, Laptop.

* An initial holiday allowance of 25 days plus Bank Holidays.

* An additional 1 day will be accrued each year for first 5 years – to 30 days/year, thereafter an additional half a day each year with no upper limit.
