Lead Practitioner - Dundee and Angus
Pay Rate - £13.16 per hour
Job role:
- Assisting service user with personal care
- Providing community support e.g. accompanying to appointments, activities, and getting involved with their hobbies
- Helping with meal prep and general house duties
- Help provide the best support to help service users live independently
Shift Time:
8am-8pm over a mix of days, including some weekends.
