Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for high-end residential construction projects.
Conduct thorough quantity take-offs, analysing architectural drawings and specifications.
Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and clients to refine project costs and budgets.
Manage tenders, negotiating terms and finalising contracts.
Regularly update cost databases, ensuring consistency with current market trends.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Estimator in high-end private residential projects.
Proven ability to work on bespoke, luxury developments with a deep understanding of quality materials and finishes.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and pricing within London.
Proficient in estimating software
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
