Packaging Staff and Assembly Staff Required for Manufacturing Position in Newhaven.
">This exciting opportunity allows candidates to develop their skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As an Assembly and Packaging Worker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality products while working safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble pumps for soap dispensers and light plastic or electronic items.
- Label and package items for despatch.
- Contribute to production processes, including manual assembly, inspection, operating machinery/equipment, and basic adjustments or maintenance to ensure output rates and quality standards are met.
- Produce products to required quality standards and record data according to relevant quality standards or specifications.
- Operate production processes at the correct rate to assist in or complete the manufacture of finished products, sub-assemblies, and components.
The successful candidate will be a team player with good communication skills. Manual dexterity is essential, as some components are small. Safety footwear is required.
Estimated Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per year
