We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Packaging and Assembly Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for working within a manufacturing setting to assemble pumps for soap dispensers and light plastic or electronic items, as well as labeling and packaging items for despatch.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assemble pumps for soap dispensers and light plastic or electronic items.
  2. Label and package items for despatch.
  3. Contribute to production processes, including manual assembly, inspection, operating machinery/equipment, and basic adjustments or maintenance to ensure output rates and quality standards are met.
  4. Produce products to required quality standards and record data according to relevant quality standards or specifications.
  5. Operate production processes at the correct rate to assist in or complete the manufacture of finished products, sub-assemblies, and components.

Candidates must be reliable, motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Manual dexterity is required, as some components are small. Safety footwear is necessary.

Estimated Salary: £19,500 - £24,000 per year
