Temp to Perm Development Coordinator

An exciting temp to perm opportunity had become available for a strong and collaborative administrator, with a can-do attitude, and excellent communication and organisation skills. This full-time role is offered on a hybrid-basis with 3 - 4 days onsite and 1 - 2 days working remotely.

Temp to Perm Development Coordinator Responsibilities

Undertaking general administrative duties including travel arrangements, meetings, documents, correspondence.
Maintaining the database
Assisting with event management
Administering financial matters including donor gifts, producing reports, and liaising with other departments
Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with academic and divisional staff
Managing the donor reporting schedule
Temp to Perm Development Coordinator Rewards

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong administrative experience and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in a busy office environment, proficiency in managing administrative systems and databases, and a good understanding of the education sector. Key skills include database management, data entry, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Location

Our client is based in Central Oxford.

The post holder will be based in central Oxford. This role is offered on a hybrid-basis with 3-4 days onsite and 1-2 days working remotely.
