Our client, an ever-expanding, Care provider organisation, is looking to recruit a Senior Care Assistant to join their team as part of the night shift.

The Responsibilities include:

* To supervise/organise other members of staff on duty

* To inform Manager or Deputy of any significant changes in residents- contact by telephone where necessary if an issue is urgent.

* Participate in the development of activities for Residents in which they can join and enhance quality of life

* To ensure that Equality and Diversity is practiced within the Care Home by all who live, work and visit the Care Home. Any issues to be promptly reported to the Manager/Deputy.

Are you a motivated Senior Care Assistant with experience of working in a care home setting. If this sounds like you, we really want to hear from you.

You will require to have the following skills:

* 1 years’ experience in a similar role.

* CQC knowledge

* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Health and Social Care Qualification.

* DBS Check.

* Right to work in the UK.
