Job Title: Senior Residential Practitioner - Children's Home

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Senior Residential Practitioners in a private residential setting. The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting children aged 7 to 17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties and Mild Learning Difficulties.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or similar and experience in residential childcare or a similar field. A Driving licence is also essential for this role.

Salary and Benefits

Our estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including condensed shifts with 2 days on, 4 days off, included sleep shifts, health and wellbeing benefits, discounted gym membership, and a pension scheme.

In addition, we offer additional leave at 2 and 5 years of service, making us an attractive employer for those looking for a work-life balance.
