We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team. As a Care Assistant at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients.

**Responsibilities:**
- Follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, and supporting clients with their medication.
- Help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
