Administrator (Financial Services) – 12-month FTC

Salary: £27,000
Working Hours: Full-time, 09:00 AM - 17:00 PM
Location: Coventry (Office Based)

The role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established financial advisory firm, seeking an administrator to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. Knowledge of the Financial Services/Wealth Management sector will be a great bonus, but it’s not a deal breaker for this role. As long as you have a wide range of administration experience, we would love to talk to you. You will be providing high-quality administrative support to a team of financial advisors and paraplanners.

Role Overview:

As the Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering seamless administrative support, managing client communications, and ensuring all documents and data are accurate and up to date. You will be a key point of contact for clients, while also handling a variety of administrative tasks to help the financial advisors operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Client Liaison: You will act as a point of contact for client queries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining strong client relationships.

* Client Account Management: Setting up and managing client accounts, ensuring compliance with business requirements.

* Data Management: Keeping back-office systems and client portals up to date, managing fact finds, and maintaining accurate records.

* Diary management: Scheduling client reviews and ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared ahead of time.

* General Administrative Support: Providing day-to-day administrative assistance to financial advisors.

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience in an administration role is essential. IFA Administration experience is highly desirable, but not essential for this role.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

* Experience with financial back-office systems and Microsoft Office is highly desirable, but financial software experience isn’t essential.

* A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently
