About Future Perfect Financial Solutions

We are a leading firm of Financial Advisers with over 30 years of experience assisting households across the UK. Our head office is based in Binley Business Park, Coventry.

Job Title: Financial Planning Administrator

Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Company Overview

Our team consists of 15 Financial Advisers and 9 specialists who provide support services to clients. We have a structured training programme for candidates to build up practical knowledge and skills to be effective Financial Planning Administrators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare illustrations and reports for client meetings
  • Write Suitability Letters
  • Manage cases to completion
  • Regularly speak with clients and brokers over the telephone
  • Book and confirm appointments
  • Update our CRM system

We have a close-knit team that works together to assist our advisers and provide excellent customer service to our clients. After 6 months in your admin role, you'll have an opportunity to join a study programme with the Openwork Academy to gain the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, while continuing with your current role.

Study Programme

The Level 4 diploma consists of 6 units, each with study material and an examination. The study material, examinations (but not re-sits), workshops and training courses are all paid for by Future Perfect Financial Solutions.

Ideal Candidate
  • Have at least 12 months office experience (Essential)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • IT proficient – especially in Excel
