Competitive Salary: Starting salary of £39,951 - £40,614 or £46,041 - £49,083 for Senior Social Workers

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake complex safeguarding investigations and assessments
Develop and implement effective care plans
Work closely with families to promote their well-being
Represent the organisation in court proceedings
Supervise and mentor junior staff
Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Social Work qualification (Degree or Diploma)
Significant experience in child protection work
Strong assessment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
