About the Role
As an Operations Manager you'll be part of the Senior Leadership Team and will be responsible for strategic planning as well as improving day-to-day operations on the shop floor.
Our Recipe Dish site in Grimsby, a state-of-the-art CIP plant producing premium quality chilled soups and sauces. The site currently employs around 200 people, whilst turning over £30 million. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we couldn't do it without our team. It is a team where everyone counts where we empower you with trust and give you the freedom to deliver. In everything, we do what we say and accept accountability which allows our customers to trust us to create great tasting, innovative and quality meal solutions.
