About the Role:

">We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse team in Stafforce Recruitment. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, shipping, and receiving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

">• Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team, including receiving, stocking, and shipping products.">">• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and safety in the warehouse environment.">• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics and supply chain activities.">• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipment data, and other relevant metrics.">• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and best practices.">• Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in warehouse operations and management.">• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging staff to suggest ideas for improving processes and procedures.">• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to senior management.">• Work closely with the procurement team to negotiate rates with third-party logistics providers.">• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners.">• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations, such as inventory turnover, shipping accuracy, and on-time delivery rates.">• Identify and mitigate risks associated with warehouse operations, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.">• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.">• Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.">• Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.">• Support the development of process improvements and innovations within the warehouse function.">• Engage in regular communication with internal stakeholders to discuss logistics needs and requirements.">• Collaborate with the HR department to manage employee engagement, retention, and development within the warehouse team.">• Provide input into budgeting and resource allocation processes for the logistics department.">• Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.">• Perform other duties as assigned by management.">• Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.">• Benefits: We offer a competitive salary package, comprehensive benefits program, and opportunities for professional growth and development.">• Location: This role is based in the UK.">• Contact: Please submit your application through our website.
