Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Service Administrator to prepare retail and warranty invoices and to submit and manage warranty claims

Key Responsibilities

* Managing and processing warranty claims.

* Ensuring claims are compliant with Iveco requirements.

* Maintaining accurate service records.

* Liaising between technicians, manufacturer and customers to ensure the smooth processing of claims.

* Addressing customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

* Utilising dealership management software to submit and manage claims.

* Ensuring maximum recovery of warranty costs.

Experience & Qualifications

* Proven experience as a service administrator or in a similar role.

* An understanding of vehicle systems and warranties, particularly for commercial vehicles (desirable).

* Attention to detail to accurately review claims, technical data, and documentation.

* Effective communication skills.

* IT proficiency and ability to use workshop management software and systems, with training.

* Organisational skills to track multiple claims and ensure they are processed on time.
