8am to 4.30pm - Monday to Friday
Our client, a large successful company based in Rugby, are looking for a planning administrator to join their busy maintenance planning team.
The key responsibilities for a Planning Administrator:
* Supporting the maintenance program, providing administrative support for planning
* Using formulae to extract and manipulate data from SAP system.
* Generating and providing detailed reports for the maintenance team
* Using SAP, Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook and Checkproof on a daily basis
* Analysing data and preparing reports using PowerBi
* Supporting the collation of health and safety information to enable decision making
* Manage and create daily and weekly maintenance team management information
The ideal candidate for the Planning Administrator:
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including knowledge of pivot tables
* Working knowledge of PowerBi and dashboards
* Strong experience in administrative roles, ideally within planning or maintenance
* Good working knowledge of management systems, MS Office and ideally SAP
* Great organisational skills and reliable in nature
* Can manage own workload and priorities
