An Administrator (Raisers Edge) is required to provide comprehensive support within a Not For Profit sector, specifically in the Secretarial & Business Support department. The successful candidate will excel in a team-oriented environment while managing diverse administrative tasks.

Description

Manage and maintain the Raisers Edge database ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
Coordinate with team members on project-related tasks.
Manage and handle incoming and outgoing communications.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Ensure compliance with organisation's policies and regulations.
Participate actively in team meetings and events.
Handle other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.Profile

CRM experience
Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
A good understanding of the Not For Profit sector.
A proactive approach and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.Job Offer
